Paint the entire bilge or not???

While the deck is off....all old foam removed and inside of hull/bilge area cleaned up......Should I put a coat of bilge paint down just to seal everything a bit or even just a coat of resin down or...

71 20SF stinger question

#1) why didn't the port side inboard stringer run the full length to the transom? Was there a built in cooler or livewell?

#2) I'm enclosing the transom and re-doing the deck, while im in there...

I'm planning on the same coosa but in 3/4 for the deck. I've been told by a couple of builders that the 1/2" flexes a bit on the deck. Are you seeing this at all? Impressive build for sure!
