I am going through the restoration process right now (See Scamp 15). I can say with absolute certainty that a full restoration on a boat that size would easily exceed 50k.

The motor is a 4 cylinder 3.0TKS (Carb) 135HP Mercruiser. This boat originally had a 155HP V6. I expect the boat to run 42-45 mph based on the old catalog test data with a 120HP Mercruiser.
