Coming along nicely. Curious what thickness you used on this. I am thinking of going with the minimum H45 3lb on a similar build of an Aquasport 240 Classic.

After a lot of struggling with the outdrive drive bracket/gimbal bracket, it is finally off! I got some 80 grit and cleaned off the bottom paint. One step at a time. Ill be cleaning out the below...

Nice Build! Coming along nicely. Nice Fuel tank, its odd that 3/16'' isn't standard as it holds up so much better! I know what you mean about the anxiety working around where the sending unit goes....

Oh I don't look forward to it one bit. Fiberglass work is messy stuff but I have gotten the hang of it on my bay boat projects. I can only imagine what its like to grind and glass in a concealed...
