One more question, the guy selling it says he thinks it is a '78 or '79. But the serial number ends with a "73." Does this mean it is a '73?

Thanks Ed for the surveyor's name. I might call and see if he knows someone here on the island. It would probably cost me half of the boat's current value to get him down here to look at it. Thanks...
