Trim Tab Recomendations

I have a 23CC that I just repowered w/ a 250 Suz 4 Stroke. The boat never had trim tabs but with the added weight I'm considering adding them. Any recomendations on proper size. Lenco seems to be...

Just put my first 25 hours on a new Suz 250 on a 23CC. Good hole shot. Top speed w/4 adults on board and 100 gal = 40 MPH per GPS. Cruise at 4400RPM at 25-28MPH and 10-11 GPH fuel burn.

Kev, I am also preparing to repower my '85 23CC with either a single Suz 250 4 stroke or twin Suz 140 4 strokes on an Armstrong bracket. Leaning towards the twins as the total cost is only $2500-3000...

23 CC Deck Repair - 1985

I have 3 "soft" spots on my deck that need repair. Anyone have any experience with this? Should I cut out entire floor or cut out and repair the individual sections? Each area is about 1 sq ft.

I currently have a 1985 23CC and am considering the purchase of a pre owned 2002 25CC. How is the quality of these new models as compared to the days of old?
