Where do you stay in the 1000 Islands? I've spent many summers in Alex Bay and Clayton. I spent many days fishing up there as well.

it is starboard with 2 holes in it for air flow. It is put on with 2 hinges. Never have any problems with it.

Thanks for the kind words. I think your strange sound comes from the prop pocket and the water flow off the prop. Do you have a cup in your prop? I have a medium cup and that noise was eliminated...
