Thank you all for your input. Putting a single 250 or 300 I'll be loosing weight. There is not much choice without altering transom. And that wont happen because I am a guy who likes to keep toys...

Looking for a couple answers.I have noticed some transoms on the older 23's are straight across.Others drop down where the engine is located. I believe the boats with 2 engines are straight across....

Hi. I have 1970 20 ft cc Seacraft.Always ran 115 Johnson cross flow which is fairly light.320 lbs or so. Now I'm looking to repower without adding 80 plus lbs. Any opinions on a 90 hp Yamaha 4 stroke...
