Default Re: Anyone want a T-top for late model 20'?

Hey Billybob
The top that came with my boat, and that is now removed, never touched the deck of the boat. It was mounted through the console with the legs being attached to the inside walls of the console with three bolts each. So it can and was done. I dont see why you couldnt fiberglass some mounting pads on the inside of the console to get the rigidity that you would need to accommodate the load and stress of the top....Ultimately I too would like for the legs to be off the deck to save deck space...BUT

Trayder has a good point as that top may not be big enough for the 23 and if you do put stuff on top of it.... Rocket launcher, riggers etc you may end up with a bigger headache.

The top that I want needs to be attached to the deck with four legs and two wire races tied into the console. That top is a hard top with riggers and all so it would need some decent support.....

Dimensions would help if nothing more that the area of the top itself

Alex is this the top that you will get with the boat??? I cant tell if the legs in this pic hit the deck or not
