white hawk, thanks for trying to help, heres how it looks, okey, imagine your looking at the boat from the back (since were dealing with the transom) all the wood below the waterline is solid, the wood on the right side is solid, the wood it in middle is solid, the wood on the left side is not, however its only above the water line that its not, so its just the top left corner, so can i cut out the skin from there, and replace just that wood, FELLOWSHIP, for my sake, and anyone else who need to do it, can you post detailed transom rebuild instructions. infact, TRAYDER - why dont you make a how to sections (not on the forums) that we can all contribute to, and learn from???? just an idea..
