Re: Comment on your SeaCraft
Well I will say that I am a Seacraft snob and proud to be one!! You either own a Seacraft or you are extremely jealous and want one. Ever since I was 6 yrs old and saw my first Seacraft in '78, I knew I would own one someday. Their classic lines are so sseexxyy you can't help but to drool over them. Mine is an '88 and people ask me all the time if it's new and tell me how good it looks. I anchor out at Harborfest (along w/ a few hundred other maniacs)every year to watch the fireworks and I see guys putt past me 2 or 3 times gazing at my boat, giving me thumbs up, and making comments like they sure don't make em like that anymore. I esp. like going to the ramp at the end of the day and hearing the comments. I'll go get my truck( '95 F-150, 4"lift, 33" BFGs, exhaust etc.) and people will say "Wow that's a cool truck!" Then I p/u my baby and they say "WOW That's your boat!!" It sure makes up for a poor day of fishin let me tell ya. I could go on and on but I'm not going to preach to the choir. All I can say is there are alot of really good boats out there but I don't think there is one that turns more heads than a Seacraft. I love mine.
Craig, good job to the Miles Offshore for the heroics at the fire on Wed.
