[POUNCE]

Last year I was heading out to find some trout. It was a crisp clear day that enabled you to see for miles. It was blowing 20 and I was running down sea in 3 ft chop. About a mile ahead of us we spotted a boat that was coming our way. We could tell that it was a meidum sized Center Console and the boat was flattening the head sea at a good clip.

As we converged I began to see the shape of the hull and thought to myself, "WOW, what a beautiful boat, I wonder what it is".

A little closer and I could see that the boat's bow was hardly moving as it mowed down the waves - "Damn, look at that thing move . . .I want one of those"

Right when passed I saw that it was a 23' SeaCraft, just like mine!

We both stopped and drifted for a while shooting the breeze. The captain of the other boat said that he was thinking the same thing as he saw us approacing.

So . . .

We either have something here or are all just a little crazy.
