2 entirely different enchiladas. I've been on a 21 Sea Ray laguna and it was a nice boat but it's a whole different set than the SeaCraft.
SeaRay is a cruising boat company that once also built decent fishing boats. Seacraft is a fish boat company that occasionally built weekenders.
