I used Brian Stetler of Stetler Marine Surveys of Jupiter to survey a 1991 Mako 231 that I bought in Palm Beach in July and hauled back to Boston.

Since I am not from Florida, I'm not sure if Delray Beach is close to Florida, but I am sure Brian can recommend someone. He did a very thorough job with my survey.
