FELLOW SHIP

I for one am not a speed junkie. Here on the cape there is to many people to watch out for[summer time]. Most of them don't know witch way to go.OR know where their going. It's a rare day when we calm waters so speed dosen't matter.
I was told it's better to run an o/b at higher
rpm than to dog it. So small motor high rpm-
lrg. motor low rpm . I'm sure someone will say
