I agree with Scott and Mark. Regardless of what manufactuer you choose, go with the 250 hp. I've had the 200hp & 225hp motors on my 23' over the years. The added torque and top end makes a difference. With the 17 S/S Viper prop I turn (5600 rpm WOT 48 mph).
