Default Re: Interior Trim Pieces - John B?

My buddy used the u-shape trim, seems like every time He got next to it (bumped),it would slide down, even put sealant on it .Maybe the constant 100* heat Here?I have some of the trim That I can send a peice to whoever want some.It covered all the holes & I heated it with a Heat gun ,went right around the corners even the front inside tight.
I put a screw every 4"s could probably go up to 6".I made a JIG, placed next to a screw then drilled a hole. Its 1 1/8 top to bottom,Has a lip on the bottom to follow the edge. Also has a bevel?rounded at the top to finish it off.
Comes in 20' lengths,1 piece. It took 2 peices 1 on each side to do My 20'r started in the bow middle.I got 3 for around the inst.panel & under storage console, also variuos other trim pieces. e-mail Me for the a sample piece,I'll drop it in the mail.
