Forget the isolator and wire the battery switch with one battery to terminal #1 and the other to terminal #2 the Common feed will power your motor etc. When you have the motor running switching the battery switch to the "All" position will allow the charging of both batteries by the motor allowing both to come up to full charge.Switching to the #1 position will allow the charging of the #1 battery alone etc.Be sure to keep the water level up in your batteries or you are f*****.
