Is the boat in the water all of the time? When do you see the water, once the boat has been sitting for a few days? or is it dry then you run it and then see water.. I had a problem were the bilge would be dry(trailer days)I'd put the plug in launch the boat. Take off and the next time I set the boat down the bilge pump would come on.. Pump it out. and it would happen twice every trip then stop. Problem was, when I would wash the boat(every trip)water was getting into the side compartments and laying on the outside stringer in the low point of the hull(no limber hole in the stringers).When I would bring hte boat on plan the water would run aft and into the bilge center section. drove me nuts till I figured out what it was. Added limber hole and solved the problem
