Default Re: 18' seacraft wanted

Yo Snookerd,

Right know I'm running a s/s 14x20 that was repitched by Bobby Soles, a long time local shop in West Palm. After Ben spotted me on the 4th I wound up with 7 adults in the boat with a full cooler under the rocket launcher, heading down the Intracoastal to watch the fireworks.

It took a little longer to get out of the hole, but once up on plane it rode like a thirty footer!!! With just me and the dog I can get her going right at 44mph on the GPS in flat water. My dealer didn't haver an aluminum 14x21 in the shop, and the whole thing has been so sweet I haven't pursued it any further.

Haven't Really clocked fuel consumption either, other than it seems like a real miser. I'm hard pressed to get more than $20 worth of gas in it after running around all day...yay!

Hey to you too Ben,

I wouldn't be adverse to taking you out to get a line wet sometime...help you keep that SeCraft dream alive and all that. I have some wacky stuff going on in my life right now...looks like I may be transferred overseas soon (I'm keeping the boat!), my daughter's getting married, etc., etc., so I'll keep you posted on when it could work out. Looks like the weather is ever so slightly improving...hope I didn't jinx it!
