I believe this is the guy I bought my 23 Sceptre from over in Tarpon Spngs.
Nice guy, pretty straight forward to deal with.
I don't think he was to happy with the Opti's though. I'm not sure whether or not Merc made the motors right, but it would probably be easy to find out the status on the motors/warrantees. I hate say it, but I really don't care for the 33 SeaCrafts myself. I have been on one, and there are some better cheaper solutions out there.
I'm not knocking anyones boat, just IMHO, I don't think it is the best thing they ever built.
