I agree, the counter rotating motor will work fine. I had one on my SeaCraft and it ran great, worked great, never had a problem. Expense of repair, maybe a bit more if you need to do it but, it really is not that much of a difference. Time to repair, if needed in the future, might be a little bit longer if parts have to be ordered but, that would be minimal. Just remember, when you are buying that prop, make sure you tell them it is a CR motor!! Made that mistake once, just slips the mind sometimes. When you get older, you get that CRS disease...
