I concur. The design is the same. That leaves lay-up scheduale, materials and quality of workmanship. I think it's a safe bet that the "early" FRP hulls were built heavy. It's been said here before that the dry weight of the various models has stayed within 10%.

If you strip down a Potter, a CSY and a Tracker hull, make your repairs and compare them side by side, I think we would find they are essentially the same.

Correct me if I'm wrong, guys.
