Default 23 sceptre for sale. Should I buy it?
I am interested in buying a 23 Sceptre inboard which is for sale in my area. What weaknesses or potential trouble spots should I be looking for? Any help would be appreciated. I am a Sea Craft rookie, but am in the boat business.
