Welcome to the board. Painting has been a subject discussed on this board a few times if you go back in the older posts you will pick up several threads regarding painting. Also you will get a lot of info form the different manufacturers of paint on how to use their products. Probably the non skid parts will just need to be cleaned with acetone then primer and then painted with a roller. As for the rest of the boat there are different methods if you spray or role and tip preparation is the big part of your success. Oh Can you Spell Sandpaper????
