Dito on the single unless your going with a double wide bracket. (Generaider's 23' with twin 135hp and a double Potter Bracket is awesome )
I'm enclosing my transom this year with a Potter Bracket and plan on remounting my single 250hp on it. I don't need the double trouble and maintance and fuel costs. I've made the trip to Walker's Cay from West Palm Beach (105 miles) a dozen times or more and cross the state trip also. I cruise at 4200 rpm approx 31mph and WOT 5800 approx 45 - 47 mph. I don't need to go any faster!
Good Luck in your decision!
