Kev, I am also preparing to repower my '85 23CC with either a single Suz 250 4 stroke or twin Suz 140 4 strokes on an Armstrong bracket. Leaning towards the twins as the total cost is only $2500-3000 more. My concern is the added weight in the stern and will the scuppers still be effective when the boat sits still. Looking forward to some input from other owners.
