You need to give us more details. Just having a soft deck does not meen someone can't live with it. Do the motor's run, do they run well? When was the last time the boat was in the water? Is the trailer road ready? At a minimum you may need hubs and springs. ($400) Do you venture far off shore? Will you just use this as a boat to take the wife and kids swimming? Figure out what you want to use it for and we can give you more info.
