Id start with the Hull and see if it needs a new floor or not. Soft spots deffinite indication its shot, spider cracks its probably just wet and should have no problem using it. Transom is probably the most important thing, but chances are if its all original from 1970 Both are probably shot. which in my book a good deal just on the hull would be 2k. then add what ever you think the motor is worth.
