Dave, yes it really was no problem. Sure was a lot heavier than I thought. I did it myself, but almost busted my gut. I used a hydraulic jack on the foredeck.

I just got back from the boat where I've been making a big push on cleaning out the transom. The grinder got plenty of use last night and today.
