Ok, I got the cap back in place. No problems at all [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]. the 2 sheets of 3/4 ply are in place but not glued in. I was just checking the dry fit, and wanted to make sure everything would fit before the resin is applied.

So far, this is a great way to get at the transom, without cutting into the finish of the boat.
