Re: hull cap
When I re did my boat I removed the cap flipped it over removed all the coring material and replaced it then put it back on my boat. That was a 10 day 48 Budweiser part of my re do. How much money do you have in your beer kitty??? My guess that would be at lease a 120 bottle job. Your big problem will be to get your new cap to FIT back onto the hull. When you start doing what you are talking about you will probably have to remove the cap like I did then by changing it to a different design you could have a real problem getting it to FIT back onto the boat after it’s done. That could cost you another 12 pack just getting over your frustrations of it not fitting and then what do I have to do to get it right??? Besides all that I really like the cap of the SeaCrafts well at least the CC modals.
