The week of Thanksgiving is a nightmare!!!! There is a couple tournaments that week. But any day in November or December can be busy depending on fishing. As far as time I think if you want to beat the crowds maybe 5:00AM- 4:00PM for those who don't mind getting up early and want to make day of it. As far as divisions only 2, heaviest fish and something for the kids. You've got to have something for the kids. I don't really have a suggestion for a ramp but i will use lynnhaven, rudee, willoughby, dont really care for cobbs but i will put out there. Only ramp I've ever been stuck on.
