They same group is still in Springfield...as long as they are the warranty issues will continue!

BTW- One of the names in the article has been involved in my boat.....and we know how thats going!

Here is what I posted on the THT;

I'm sure they can fix their manufacturing problems in NC, but the root of the problems lies in Springfield. When you have a problem its how you handle that problem that really speaks for your company because everyone will have a problem here and there.

Personally I really like my boat, it just happened to be one of the ones that had a bunch of problems. What really rips my butt is the way they chose to handle it...or should I say not handle it.

Until they make a major shuffle in Springfield they will always be a Tracker Product that they will try to use every loop hole to deny warranty or the work will look like it was done by guy who was holding a card board sign yesterday. As I understand it they are not even stepping up to plate like they should with the USCG recall.

Thats pretty sad!
