I'm no fan of guessing, and none of us have your exact setup (even if someone has a 20' with that engine, the two will suck fuel differently). So, for just a small amount of peace-of-mind, if you are concerned about it you might think about the five gallon jug like a previous post suggested.
I have a heavier setup than you with a t-top/75 gallon tank/all wood redo/ 4-stroke engine/ etc. and at 4,000rpm I get pretty decent mileage according to the Floscan unit, but without testing it, anything about your situation is merely a guess.
