Yes the pictures are a little out of focus because of the light....or should I say the lack of it. But you can still see what I wanted seen.....the fact that the transom cracked some when it was being trailered and cracked a bunch once it was in the water.

My lawyer seems to think I have a stong enough case (under the Texas Deceiptive Trade Act) that he is willing to take his money at the end. So I can last as long as Tracker wants because it hasn't cost me dime for his fees up to this point.
