Need some help from the board. What is considered a good buy for a Spectre with the following condition.

- deck above cuddy, a 4to5 8" diameter places needs to be repaired and reglassed.
- quite a number of chips, dents, holes around deck. no soft spot other than the bolt on hatches for fuel tanks.
- one of the match near splash well is missing.
- Transom does not rock but is leaching. possibly work needed.
- hull is painted, painted is partially peeled. no major damaged other than scratches.
- what i think is a somewhat unrestored 75 model
- twin 140 HP engines, running condition.
- trailer in need of serious work
- boat is in poor condition in my opinion.
