Not sure if you know this or not, but Mako is owned by the same company that owns SeaCraft.....Tracker Marine...thats the reason you've had had similar problems....
I have tried to tell folks on the internet about my problems with Tracker Marine and they continue to still want to buy their products....until people quit buying their junk they will continue to build it!
