Yes, I have been working indoors at my shop, can't think of a better place to be right now. I have replaced the floor under the tank, and I am waiting for the tank to arrive should be here Monday. I am currently rewiring the boat and installing the M120 trim tabs. I am going to live with the soft spots this year; I don't want to open up that can of worms yet. I am going to use restaurant floor mats in the back of the boat to distribute the weight over a larger area, and they help soften the ride on your feet, they don't look the best but it will get me through this year. The good news is that when I drilled the 3/4" hole for the trim tab hose I got a good look at the wood core of the transom, and although it was damp it was very sound and stable not rotten as I expected it to be. I have included some pictures of the floor of the tank.
