I prefer the straight oil over the oil/sealer mix, like setol. When i was a BN on a sailboat with teak decks, I would clean them seasonally with the two part acid/base and then oil them with teak wonder (packaging looks like a Bud can).

The other option is too hit them with the two part acid in the spring and then leave it natural for the rest of the season. You can clean it occasionally with a Cascade/water mix.
