That just how my boat sits on my trailer. I guess my trailer is a little wider then yours is because if I put my bunks out that far it would sit on the chines.
As for the zoning code I will have to pay a fee for a officer to stop buy and measure my boat on the trailer and every year a renewal inspection. The new code says NO PART OF THE BOAT CAN EXCEED 10’. Since my t top is exactly 10’ but lights and gps and vhf bracket are higher I might have to do something.
As for e-mailing me my Son moved back into the house for a few weeks and I can’t get to my computer he’s in the computer office room. Just e-mail me through this sight if you need to talk. Thanks for the comeback
