Re: transom trouble
When I first noticed some flex on my transom I used this method to determine the flexing. With the boat on the trailer and the motor slightly raised( like you were trimed for wot) have someone stand on the motor fins and softly bounce up and down. If there is flex. You will see it.
If you can make it through the season, great but start making plans for a new transom now.
