thanks all - I've got some pix, just have to figure out how to post them - save that for tonight.

I like the bracket conversions - full transom is nice, my last two boats were I/O's. Not sure how comfortable I'm gonna be going back to a notched transom. Also I find the thru hull scuppers curious - I take it these boats are wet inside when just sitting still, though they drain right out once underway - does this system work well at trolling speed, or does the boat have to be up on plane for the scuppers to work ?
