I'm going to take a stab at it and guess $2500.00. This is only to cut out the well and top the transom. As in the previous post, custom baitwells, changes mid-project, finding detached stringers, rotted wood and additional work(like adding rodholders) is going to cost extra. PM me if you want to talk to a good guy here in Sarasota who is currently doing my boat. Hopefully I can upload some add'l pictures this week.
