Default Re: Pictures of my Restored '75

I do tow the boat with a triple axle trailer. That is what came with the boat. It is an Owen and Sons and was custom fit to the boat. I bought the boat 11 miles north of Key West and trailered it all the way back to Charleston, SC. On the way home I blew a tire and wouldn't have noticed except for the car that told me as they passed by. It is definite overkill and more maintenance but I guess it is safer. The tight turns make me nervous as it feels like the back tire on the turn side is getting pulled off sometimes. The livewell is very big. I filled it up with a five gallon bucket ten times and there was still room for more water. It is over 50 gallons and probably about 60 gallons. I use it for empty cans or as a fishbox when it is not being used as a livewell.
