Try searching the site as this has been addressed by several here.
Given that they are corroded that is something you want to fix now.. those tubes go bad and the blocks that they are mounted in are bad …. its a direct water inlet to the bilge.
Mine did the same thing. I had to drive a heavy screw driver behind the brass tubes(from under the boat) and crush/collapse them to get them out. My tubes where in with some sort of silicon like product. The blocks in the hull , under the deck that they mount in , while solid, were very wet so they had to dry out. The brass tube was found at a Boston Whaler dealer, as they were the only ones to have the same diameter tube in a long enough length to replace the original tubes.
Miles Offshore re-did his with pvc pipe and epoxy or poly resins which eliminated the corrosion issue. More work than sliding new tubes in but Much better solution in my eyes than the tubes that can go bad again.
