Since you are in a hurry, I will give my opinion although I am definitely not a guru, but I have been following Seacraft prices very closely for a couple years.
I am pretty sure everyone will tell you two things - that it depends, and that you should expect to find more problems after you buy the boat. If you want an idea of what they usually sell for, just check boattraderonline.com or look at the older ads here. You are lucky to find one on your own street, most of them are 800 miles from me and I would have to cough up a grand just to pay for gas to go get one in Florida. If what everyone says is true, they go for a bit more up north in your area. You did not say whether the boat had a 20 or 25 inch transom. If it is 20", you are probably going to end up wanting to rebuild it ($$$) even if it is in good shape. You didn't say whether the gas tank was original or what kind of shape the trailer was in (mine eats a set of tires a year). Wiring? Anyway, I'm just gonna give my best guesstimate and say that it would probably be in the ballpark of $9k which IMOHO would be a overpriced since the floor will have to be rebuilt.
