I have not seen to many 20' with brackets as these boats are heavy in the stern to begin with. Unless you install a positive flotation bracket like the Potter (SeaMark) you will be adding hurt to the injury [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] Most guys raise the floor (wet feet issues) and compensate by increasing the transom height to 25".

May I suggest you use the search function for past threads on these recomendations. I think the 140hp 4 banger would push the 20'models just fine although several SeaCrafters on this forum like to dig bugs out of their teeth and mount 200ph power packs on them...
