Looking thorugh the TH Marine catalog and they have a "new" in line scupper for 1 1/2 inch hose...for those that don't like ping pong balls these may work.

I was actually looking at TH Marine large rectangular Scupper which could be used to get large amounts of water out of the boat...thinking about mounting them 6inches above the deck for emergencies.
