Thanks for those pictures. Hope you find the rest of them. I'd like to see more.
When you did the new transom, I assume you went to 25" height, correct?
Did you raise the height of the new deck as well? The reason I'm asking is because I'm impressed with teh Suzuki 140 and I've been on 2 SeaCrafts this season with original decks and heavy motors (Honda 130 4S and a 150 Optimax-both weigh the same or more than the 140 Suzuki) and they didn't seem to have wet decks (both hulls had the ping pong ball type scuppers).
Regarding the top rail, looks like you essentially cut off the bottom portion of the inner liner (leaving a 2"-3" downturned flange), tied that structure into the new configuration at the transom, and added padded bolsters, correct? Do you think you lost any degree of stiffness in the hull's topsides or overall structure?
