CG Regulations - Max Power
Using the CG's own calculation tables (COMDTPUB P16761.3B), the max HP rating for a 20' SeaCraft, with 20" transom height, 19'8" LOA, and 7'7" width at the transom, max safe OB HP is 210.
If you raise the transom to 25" the rating does not change.
Using the same publications calculation tables, the 20' Seafari with 20" transom can carry 7 persons safely.
